Update, August 28th, 2024: Beginning January 1st, 2025, I will be raising my rates to $145 per 75–90 minute session. I established my fee of $125 in 2019, and in an effort to keep it accessible, have not changed it—except to provide a short-term discount when I first moved my practice to Missouri. Unfortunately, the value of that $125 has eroded 20% with inflation over the last 5 years. I am committed both to making sure that I receive fair pay for my work and that somatic integration is available to people across the income/wealth spectrum. If these prices are not accessible to you, please contact me about other options. I can accept a limited number of clients on a sliding scale basis.

Somatic Integration sessions are offered in person at the studio and generally last between 75-90 minutes. They cost $125 per session. I accept Credit and Debit cards (including HSA and FSA), P2P payment services, cash, and check. We can schedule your first Somatic Integration sessions at your Free Consult (see below).

Free consults are offered in person at the studio or online via telehealth and generally last up to 30 minutes. You’ll have a chance to meet me and to get your questions answered. You can schedule one below! If none of the times below work, please contact me and we can easily schedule an alternate time. I request all new clients do a free consult before starting Somatic Integration work.
